Coaching

Our sessions will be

  • Personalized

Our initial session will be based on what is important to you (and your company). You tell me what you see as the issues, and I ask a few comprehension questions.

  • Solution focused

We will find ways that you can succeed with your team. This might take a few sessions and some homework on both our sides, but the goal is clear: You succeed !

  • Time-bound

We establish a clear roadmap with milestones. We will hold ourselves to deliver positive change in this timeline.

We create together…

directions to a proven path forward that led to similar goals many times, or a new trail with advice on how to reduce the risk of getting lost

FAQs

How much will it cost?

Details will be discussed in the first free consultation, but expect higher-tier consulting fees.

Will you do the work (presentations, etc.) for me?

I will coach, not play - that’s your job. If you are looking for a solution with people doing the work, I recommend engaging a consultancy. I coach you to win on your own.

How will you protect my/our privacy?

It begins with a bilateral Non-disclosure agreement (NDA), done even for our first free consultation. After that, if we both choose to engage, the advisory contract will lay out the nuts and bolts of what is protected.

How long will the coaching take?

That depends on you. I am interested in a time box for any coaching arrangement, with a maximum of two months. My experience is that change needs to be done decisively - more chiropractic, less alternative medicine.

Why do you coach?

We all stand on the shoulders of those who took time and interest in us: Mentors, teachers, colleagues, and friends - they all made us who we are today.

I enjoyed coaching individual employees in my corporate life, and now have the opportunity to do it on a wider scale across many industries.
