I spent four decades as an executive — CPO, COO, Corporate Transformation Leader, Managing Director, Board Member — across Ford, ABB, Infineon, PepsiCo, and Credit Suisse (now UBS), in five industries, working in more than 40 countries. I also hold a doctorate from UBIS University in Geneva.
I do not bring a methodology. I bring my experience and the willingness to listen and to be direct.
How it works
Format, length, and cadence are yours to define. If structure helps, most sessions follow three steps: define the real problem, stress-test the options, commit to a decision. You leave with clarity, not a report.
